Souper Bowl Fundraiser
This Sunday, February 7th is the annual Souper Bowl Fundraiser for the Youth Summer Mission Trip. Everyone is invited to come & have a soup lunch following the Sunday Morning Worship Service. We will once again have our competition for the coveted Golden Ladle Award. Bring your own soup or chili for judging. We will award one Golden Ladle for soup and one for chili.
Youth Information
Our Youth group will be participating in a Roaming Revival with other Youth Groups in the area. These will be held every Wednesday night for 5 weeks beginning January 27th. Each week a different church will host the revival with a Youth Minister from another church bringing the message. Paris First will be the host church on Wednesday, February 3rd.
SOUPER BOWL LUNCHEON: February 7th after the morning worship service. Join the Youth for soup, sandwiches & dessert. Everyone is welcome!! This the Youth's BIG MISSION TRIP FUND RAISER!! All proceeds collected will go toward the Youth Mission Trip.
Do you have a child or grandchild that will be in the 6th-12th grade? Would you like for them to be on the contact list for the Youth Group to receive mailings & updates on Youth events at Paris First?

Children's Ministry Activities
February 7th Super bowl Games after the Souper Sunday meal all are welcome to stay and participate. Signup sheets will be available to sign up for game participation. We will be putting people in brackets to have our own play offs. The games we will be having are Corn Hole (teams of two), Wii Bowling, Wii Dance Revolution, football throw, basketball throw, Euchre (teams of two). Come and join us for a fun afternoon and help support our Youth group with the meal. We will be finished in plenty of time so you can still enjoy the Super bowl game.

Children's Choir
The Children's Choir will be singing during the morning worship on Sunday, February 14th. The Children's Choir practices on Wednesday nights at 6:45pm, following the evening meal. If your child is unable to attend the Wednesday practices but would still like to participate, please contact Katie Manning.

COMMUNION SUNDAY:
The first Sunday of each month. The next Communion date is February 7th.
If anyone would be interested in serving Communion in 2010, please see Donna Gosser. She would like to make a list of people in order to schedule in advance. She will need 4 people for each service. Regularly scheduled Communion dates are the first Sunday of each month.

Has resumed. It started on January 6th, please feel free to come. Please let the church know if you are coming for the meal, so they have a head count on how many to they are going to feed.

GEMS will only be meeting once in February & once in March.

If your group needs to use the Church Bus, there is a sign up sheet outside the office door. Please write your groups name on the appropriate dates & the approximate times you will be needing the bus.
