Total Body Workout and Fitness Class
This is the workout is the workout that Trish, Jeff, Jacque and I have done to lose the weight that we lost. I learned this set of exercises from my boss at the Kentucky State Police and it what he trains to people at the Kentucky State Police who want to lose weight.
We will be meeting every Tuesday and Thursday from this coming Tuesday 10/5. We will continue to meet as long as I have people coming. We will meet downstairs in the fellowship hall at 6:15. The class is designed to go about an hour.
The classes are free and open to anyone who wants to workout with the group. If you can only come on Tuesday or Thursday, come then. Hopefully after the first of the year, I can offer this class on Saturday. I will be providing a DVD. It will have the exercises on the DVD so you can do them at home or where ever you are.
There is no age restriction; this class is designed for you do to do what you can do. You will increase you intensity as your body can handle the increase. There is no cost. The only cost you will incur is getting the gear you need to do the class which is:
- Workout mat (if you want one, not necessary but the tiles down stairs could be cold)
- Medicine Ball and/or Dumbbell
- Bottle of water or rehydrate drink
- And desire to workout.
I am looking for donations as well. If you have workout equipment you can loan or donate or sale, please see me after church. I am looking for extra weights, dumbbells, workout mats, weight bench, treadmill, aerobic steps….anything you want to donate.
